We are located in Southern California near Los Angeles. Our goal is to offer great coins and provide outstanding customer service. We’ve tried to make our website easy to navigate and have kept fancy graphics to a minimum so that you can move quickly between pages. Payment Options

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards through our secure on-line ordering system. If you prefer, we will also accept payment by certified check or money order. If you wish to pay by certified check or money order, please do not use the on-line ordering system. Instead, please e-mail us a list of the items you wish to purchase . We will then e-mail back to you an invoice with the total amount due and instructions on where to mail the payment. Orders by e-mail should be sent to customerservice@silvercoinsdirect.com.

We ship using the United States Postal Service. Our shipping rates (which include insurance) are as follows:

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders shipped to addresses within the state of California.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a seven day return policy. If for any reason you wish to return the merchandise that you purchased, you must return it within 7 days after you received it. To arrange a return, please contact us at customerservice@silvercoinsdirect.com. We will then provide instructions on how and where to send the send the merchandise. You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. We must receive the merchandise in its original condition. We will then issue a refund for the purchase price of the merchandise and any sales tax paid. Shipping costs are not refundable.
