Payment Options
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards through our secure on-line ordering system.
Please note that to protect both our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud, we use the latest fraud detection software and work closely with credit card companies to verify orders. This sometimes includes either ourselves or credit card companies contacting the owner of the credit card to verify that the order is valid. We also use address verification software (AVS) linked to our credit card processor to verify that the address that we are shipping an order to is the registered address of the credit card holder. When placing your order, please be sure that the shipping address that you provide us is the same address that your credit card company has on file for you. This would be the address that your credit card statement is mailed to every month. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we cannot verify.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept orders or ship outside of the United States.

We ship using the United States Postal Service. Our shipping rates (which include insurance and delivery confirmation) are as follows:

Sales Tax
Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders shipped to addresses within the state of California.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a fourteen day return policy. If for any reason you wish to return the merchandise that you purchased, you must return it within 14 days after you received it. To arrange a return, please contact us at customerservice@silvercoinsdirect.com. We will then provide instructions on how and where to send the send the merchandise. You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. We must receive the merchandise in its original condition. We will then issue a refund for the purchase price of the merchandise and any sales tax paid. Shipping costs are not refundable.
