2010 Silver Eagles

The United States has minted this beautiful real silver dollar for collectors each year since 1986. The coin is over 1 1/2 inches (40mm) in diameter and contains one ounce of silver. It is legal U.S. tender with a one dollar face value. Of course the value of the silver content far exceeds the one dollar face value so you will never see one of these coins in circulation. The Silver Eagle features Miss Liberty on the front with an Eagle on the reverse. It is considered to be one of the most beautifully designed U.S. coins ever.
